Screen-Based Addiction™
The Community Learning Series
A four-part journey from awareness to action
Designed for parents, youth, educators, and community organizations — this series meets people where they are and moves them toward sustainable, purposeful change.
Understand
Understanding the Developing Brain
Explore how screen-based addiction affects brain development, attention, and emotional regulation in young people. Build a shared language for what's happening beneath the surface.
Recognize
Recognizing the Signs & Setting Boundaries
Learn to identify patterns of digital overstimulation in yourself and your children. Gain practical tools for setting compassionate, consistent digital boundaries at home and in school.
Reset & Rewire
Restorative Approaches for Lasting Change
Move from awareness to action with the R&R framework. Guided practices help youth and families reduce overstimulation, rebuild focus, and reclaim time for what matters most.
Purpose Over Entertainment
Building Healthy Coping Skills & Community
The culminating session shifts the narrative — from what screens take away to what community, creativity, and purpose can give back. Participants leave with a personal action plan.
